In my opinion, there are
certain things that should be filter and some are not. A restriction or
censorship is highly needed for the inappropriate web content since nowadays,
everybody from every level of ages is using Internet. However, Internet
contents that been used for educational purposes should not be filter because
that is one of the way to educate people.
